eew! try calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream!. it might burn because you scratched it to bleed, and then spit on it!. while it IS true that saliva has germ killing power (not much) it may have been better to go with good old soap and water!. which also stings, but you'll be better off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
