What type of bottle is best to use as a water bottle?!
Question: What type of bottle is best to use as a water bottle!?
Apparently plastic water bottles are bad to drink from and so people have been told and begun to drink from those colourful metal bottles around!. But aren't they made out of aluminum and isn't that bad for you!? So what sort of bottle do you drink from!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The new reusable plastic bottles are BPA-free, which means they should be safer than they used to be!. Regular disposable plastic water bottles are also ok; they only leak chemicals when they are reused or left in the sun!. I personally prefer the new BPA-free plastic bottles, just because I can't see into an aluminum bottle so I don't feel comfortable that I'm not drinking a bug or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
