Question: Could this be a pulled muscle!?

My husband's neck feels a little swollen in one area and it has a kind of knot that I can feel!. He said that it feels like someone is holding an ice cube to it in the affected area, however all he did was move his head around!. Have any clue what could be going on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1-Sounds like a muscle spasm in his neck!.!.!.try heat on it & Aleve or Advil!.

2-Stomach & throat sound like it could be acid reflux
