Question: I think im addicted to internet ( msn facebook!.!. ) plz help!? i dont want anythin to control me!?
well lately even if a pc is not available i find me self checking my facebook email and stuff with my phone Even when iam out for holiday i hav to carry a laptop or find na internet cafe!.

i used to have a similar problem
in the summer i was soooo addicted to the internet cuz of IMVU myspace friends etc!.
and now my herat feels liek it skips a beat since ive been addicted and on the computar so much it effected my health
but now the computar seems sort of boring now
but by letting go i hang out with my friends more went shopping more kept saying to myself
'stop!.the computar isnt running my life!.If i keep on going on it would effect me'

i used to have this problem!. i couldn't stop!. i don't really know how i did it but io kind of just stopped!. i kept telling myself that i shouldn't do it and instead i did something else at night!. when i found myself thinking about going on the computer i would convince myself that it was really boring!. now i hardly ever come on!. when i do homework i complain about coming on teh computer because i find it so boring now!.
