What Vitamins Can I Take to Avoid Getting Sick?!


Question: What Vitamins Can I Take to Avoid Getting Sick!?
I am sick 24/7 during the school year because I don't sleep enough and I have high stress!. I know the right thing to do is sleep more but this is impossible with my schedule!.

I take a multi-vitamin, echinacea, vitamin C, and zinc!. Are there any other things that are supposed to enhance the immune system!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your multivitamin might be a joke!. Or not!. The answer to your question should be "All" Vitamin A is good for resistance, but I would look to other things, like sleep, which has been mentioned, hand and face washing, etc!. If you are living in a dorm this is very common!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have found taking multi vitamins is the best way to do it, however, these vitamins will not work without your help!. You need to make sure you're eating PLENTY of fruit and veggies and also drinking at least 8 glasses of water day!. Your body needs to be hydrated all time!. When you are dehydrated, you may become, nauseous, irritable, and have regular headaches!. This is not going to be good for you while you are studying!. Make sure you get as much sleep as possible, your body needs a rest!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some sleep!. Sleep is your time for the body to heal itself!. I know it may be hard to do, but try taking just one day off a week so you can get an adequate amount of sleep!. You dont have to take the whole day off, but just enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
