Question: Is my current diet situation a hazard to my health!.!.!.!?
I had my tonsils removed 6 days ago!. The first 2 or 3 days, I drank a lot of water, had some food (mashed potatoes, mac&cheese), and ate popsicles!. I felt some pain and discomfort, but otherwise was okay!.
For the last 3 days, my throat pain has increased a lot!. The scabs are formed and hard and I changed my painkiller from Oxycodone to Liquid Hydrocodone (per nurse)!. These last 3 days I've basically lived on ice water and chicken broth!. I've been a little weak, but I'm starting to sleep a bit more which is helpful!.
Anyway, my main question is whether or not water and chicken broth is possibly harmful!. Today I decided to try bread and butter, one slice, and afterwards my stomach ached!. Then I resumed my ice water and chicken broth!. This afternoon my stomach began grumbling and so far I have had 2 liquid bowel movements!.!.!.like dirty water!.
I hope to resume normal eating after my scabs come off in the next couple days!.!.!.I'm just worried!.!.!.any serious opinions are greatly appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't live on broth and naturally your output would appear as dirty water!.!.!. you need to get more substance into your system beyond broth!. Since you are still waiting for this healing, eat soups but vegetable soups, something with content and vitamins/minerals!.

not at all i recently had my wisdom teeth out and i lived on mashed potatoes and ice cream for about a week and a half!. it is totally ok!. don't try eating or doing anything your body can't handle cause that definitely won't help!. but yeah it is totally normal!. you might even loose a few pounds!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try the mediterraneum diet, that is the best way someone can eat!. It's based on hole grains, fruits, vegetables and sea fish!. And don't forget to avoid sugar or sugary foods!.

You are fine!. Nothing will happen from doing this for just a few days!. My friend had infected tonsils for months and couldn't eat!. She is just now starting to eat again and her surgery was about a month ago!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
