My body cannot adjust to the change of sleep? What to do? ?!

Question: My body cannot adjust to the change of sleep!? What to do!? !?
During the summer, I'd have a really messed up sleeping schedule!. Most of the nights, I'd go to sleep around 4AM and wake up like 3PM in the afternoon!. For the last two weeks that I've been in school, my body cannot adjust to the change of sleep!. I have to wake up 7AM, but when I wake up, I feel nauseous!. Even if I go to sleep like 9PM, I still will feel sick in the morning!. I am 99% sure that I am not pregnant, so it can't be morning sickness!. How can I get my body to adjust to the change!? How can I make myself less tired!? PLEASE HELP!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I had the same problem over the summer! I force myself to get to sleep early, if needed with a small dosage of over the counter sleep aid, and I make sure I take it early enough that I am not still tired when I wake up around 7am!. I always feel sick when I wake up early, always have!. I just deal with it and it usually goes in a few hours!. If you are still having problems maybe see a doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

"!.!.!.At first he thought it was because he'd been going to bed late over summer vacation and then sleeping in the next day!. He assumed he'd adjust to his school schedule after a couple of weeks!. But as the school year progressed, Garrett found himself lying awake in bed until 2 or 3 in the morning, even though he got up at 6:30 AM every day!. He began falling asleep in class and his grades started to suffer!.!.!.!."
