Question: Wake up feeling like I've been hit by a car!!?
Every Sunday (and sometimes Saturday) mornings I wake up and the lower back part of my head hurts and I feel like I've been hit by a car!. It's not a hang over cos I don't drink very often (and not in these cases) and I don't smoke or anything like that!. Does anyone know what it is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you slept on it wrong!. Do you sleep in on the weekends!? maybe that little extra time sleeping on (perhaps) a limp pillow or an old mattress caused neck/lower head pain!. I'd say invest in a better pillow and see if that helps!. Go to Dreamessentials!.com!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would talk to your doctor!.!.!.!.but first, try to use a different pillow, maybe even sleeping on a mattress topper or something!. Or try sleeping in a different position than normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
