Does anyone have panic attacks?!


Question: Does anyone have panic attacks!?
Lately i've been having these crazy panic attacks!. My heart starts racing, i cant breathe, i cant sit still and i cry uncontrollably!. Its like i feel like something bad is going to happen and i cant control myself!. I have no idea what to do!? I dont think i need to go to the doctor but what do you do when you need to relax!? You need to look and see where and when they tend to happen!.!.!.Are you in a public place for example!?

After you can identify some of your triggers you can work to eliminate them!. Also, if you know they are panic attacks if often times helps to tell yourself you have lived through them before and you will live through the current one!. You probably can overcome this without going to the doctor or on meds!.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.
Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

I get them as well, but I have a "tick" that controls it a bit!. I have to do the sign of the cross!. It helps a bit with the anxiety!. I probably should talk to someone about it, but I don't really have the time!.

Besides doing the sign of the cross, it's helps to do deep beathing!. It can be hard to focus & clear my mind by when I can do that the deep beathing helps!. Other times I have to get up and talk a short walk!.
