Eat your fruits and vegi their high with antioxidants and vitamin c!. I also highly reccomend take fish oil!. Fish oil is very healthy because they have omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acid, they help blood pressure and cholesterol!.
However most fish oil out there are cheap, because most of them contain water!. You can check if a fish oil is good by freezing it!. if the pill freezes than its mmostly water!. Real Fish oil oil should never freeze!.

eat fruits and vegetables red meat is ok once a week!. stay away from bacon and fatty foods!. Butter is really bad Chocolate milk is bad!. not heavy creams but really if you are going to have a heart attack it will happen sometimes it is in the genes!. good luck no salt stay away from smoking and drugs always no drinking bad stuff and chewingWww@Answer-Health@Com

i dont know because my grandpa ate healthier than anyone i know!. he grew his own veggies, fruits, and ran every day and he still had a stroke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
