It sounds like a cocoa allergy!. To prove the point, drink a very small amount of hot cocoa!. If this doesn't affect you, then there is something else in the chocolate to which you are allergic, and this may be a problem, as the same ingredient may turn up in other foods!.I am allergic to cocoa!.
