Have Doctors take more nutrition classes and hand out less rx!
Take soft drink machines and vending machines out of public schools!.
Make hydrogenated oil illegal in the US as it is in many European countries!
Teach the youth the importance of eating raw veggies and fruits!

Exercises and a healthy diet!. Children are no longer excising and eating healthy no more!. Too many kinds are eating fast food and junk, while staying at home playing video games!. people need to be more active, and be more aware of what we are putting in our mouths!.
