is there any ways that can help me with having this shot today im deathly afraid of needles

Don't be scared they go by really fast and the pain usually leaves after a few seconds!. Just take deep breaths and it'll be over before you know it!. I had to have Hep-B shots for school a few years ago and they didn't really hurt at all, just be a brave girl and they'll be done before you know it!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'd feel pity for you, except by the time I was in 7th grade, I'd been getting stuck with needles regularly for about 3 years already (I was on medication that required regular blood draws to check my liver!.)!.
Just remember, some people have it worse than you!.
As for ways to help, you can either face your fears and watch, or look away and not watch, but personally, I'd suggest watching, as you are conquering your fear, and possibly seeing something new and interesting that you've not seen before!.
Needles are not something to be feared, as they are only a slight bit of discomfort/pain for a better outcome, that being your health and your long life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont think about the pain!. Think about your best friend or whatever!.
2!. Blow little spit bubbles in your mouth (a technique i use when i need to get shots done)

Just look away when you are getting the shot, and perhaps take some natural remedies to calm you such as rescue remedy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
