Upper stomach pain came out of nowhere?!

Question: Upper stomach pain came out of nowhere!?

I woke up this morning with this strange upper stomach pains!. it hurts pretty bad when i take a full breath in and when i'm sitting up or coming up from laying down to sit up!. i can mostly fell it when i breath in!. i don't feel sick like vomiting or anything like that!. its a bit tender to push on also!. i'm seventeen female i taking the pill ,a multivitamin ,iron pills and cranberry pills!. any idea what this!?
