Question: Tips on relieving stress!?
I'm seriously overwhelmed at school right now!. I feel like I'm constantly worrying!. I'm even afraid to take time off to relax because I know I have something to do!. Is there any tips you guys have on how to relieve stress a bit!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It always worked for me to jog or run,
as I pounded the pavement I let out
some steam!. It also helped to keep
a diary to let out stress, feelings!. It
helps me also to watch a dumb but
good movie like Napoleon Dynamite
or even Family GUy!. Sounds dumb but that

Go to a room where nobody can bother you!. Just sit there quietly and lean on the wall comfortably and close your eyes!. Just think of happy thoughts for 5 minutes!. Start breathing in and out slowly!. For me, breathing out is like venting out the negativities in your bodily system!. Then if you can squeeze in your busy sked, watch a really funny movie!. Schedule a small nap or break
Stretch
Try to erase your worries and write them on a sheet of paper
Make a day to day schedule

Well my way is to breathe in deeply and breath out!. Another way is to play one of those stress-reliever games!. Or you could take it out on somebody(not recommended)Www@Answer-Health@Com
