Dragging her butt? why?!


Question: Dragging her butt!? why!?
My cat is about 4 years old and overweight, she drags her butt across the floors leaving "skid-marks" everywhere, she does not have worms, and there is also feces residue on the outside of her butt, what is this!? what can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

her ainal glands need to be squeezed!! my dog has gotten this about 3 or 4 times, and shes almost 8!. It's very normal!. Just bring her to the vet!. I'm not sure exactly why it happens!. But it's what the vet said!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

her vet said it was because she had some water in her butt!. or something like that!.

you should probably take her to the vet though just to be safe!.!.what my dog had isnt bad!.!.it just makes her drag her butt everywhere!.!.lol but yeah hopefully your cat is fine :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should probably clean it!.
shes dragging it to try and clean it but she cant get it all off and its becoming itchy so you should do it for her =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

dogs have anal glands that when bothersome need to be expressed( emptied) I don't know maybe cats have them as well!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
