Question: I couldn't donate blood because my Iron levels were too low!. What should I eat!? !?
I tried to donate blood today because I truly wanted to do it, but I supposedly couldn't because my iron levels were too low!. One finger was 12!.2 the other 11!.7!. It should be 12!.5!.

Please, what should I eat to increase my levels!? And how long should I wait!? When should I go back to donate!?


This is my first time trying to donate blood!.!.!.and I'm so pissed because I've decided that I want to start donating blood at least 3x a year!.!.!.and I couldn't my first time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
