I had it done at a clinic, and although uncomfortable, it really helped me!. To the person who said her friend got irritable bowel from this - its quite unlikely! A colonic will remove a lot of the good bacteria, as well as the bad, so after a session, the nurse will tell you to take an Aloe Vera liquid every day (with liquids) and this will help to replace the good bacteria!.
It's also important to drink at least 2 litres of water a day after having this done!.
I did feel a significant benefit from this afterwards, but didn't particularly enjoy the experience!. I also suffer from iritable bowel, and it really helped me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A friend's girlfriend works in a health farm type resort!.
It does actually help cleanse and many people come out with improved skin etc, but many in the medical profession are against it bbecauseit is your gut where 'good' bacteria reside, i!.e!. those that aid digestion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My friend did!. She had it twice and has ended up with Irritable Bowel Syndrome!. You are meant to have the good bacteria in your bowel to ensure that they work properly and colonic irrigation gets rid of all bacteria!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
