Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.

But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to!.!.!.!.

Nope, not a panic attack!. You were hurt and pissed and probably a little embarassed, and had a teeny-tiny emotional break down over it!. Maybe he caught you on one of your more, "hormonal," days!. I've experienced both, neither is fun, but if you ever have a panic attack you'll know for sure the difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, not at all! A panic attack is so totally different!. What you experienced was a reaction to what happened between you and your coworker!. That's all!. Not a panic attack!. Normal reactions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No thats not a panic attack!. I had panic attacks, and they are terrible!!! You just kept everything to yourself, and you ended up exploding!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it sounds like you are just really upset!. I true panic attack is completely different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh no this isnt a panic attack!.!. thats just an emotional reaction!. Panic attacks feel horrible and like you are going to drop dead any minute!. Trust me I've had my fair share! They suck lemons!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think it was!. you tell that ******** to **** off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no u just got a little emoitonal thats all lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually a panic attack will leave you breathing shallow, your heart may be pounding, you may feel immobilized!. I don't know what you said to upset your coworker, but yelling at you like that seems a bit over the top!. You apologized, that was the right thing to do!. Good for you!. Now this dufus must step up to the plate and if forgiveness is beyond him, he should at least cut the death stares out!. Don't let this person put you into a panic attack!. Take some good deep breaths, and if he continues to be ungracious, tell him!.!.!. "I said I was sorry, now please get over it, we both have to work together, let's not make this any worse than it has to be, okay!?" I hope things calm down there for you!. Hang in there!Www@Answer-Health@Com
