Not at all!.

Some times it's good to take someone else with you!. My best friend goes with her boyfriend to all of his doctor's appointments because he's been facing serious problems and it helps if she hears what the doctor has to say with him so she knows everything that's going on with him!.

If your facing a serious issue, in addition to giving you some comfort, your mother may be calmer, and be able to ask questions you might not think about, or may remember important things that you might forget!.

And really, who cares what anyone else thinks!? If it will make you feel better to have her there with you, ask her to come along!.

Don't worry what others might think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's absolutely acceptable to have your mom in the room with you esp!. if this is a male doctor and he's examining something that's private to you!. No shame in that!. I would definitely wanna be there for my daughter if she feels uncomfortable going to a doc!. appt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No! You are not an an idiotic because you want your mother there! IN fact, this is a very good idea!. If more people done this, there would be less cases of sexual assaults related to doctors and physicians!. Go ahead and bring your mother! And if your doctor doesn't agree with this, then get a new doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nah, they get that all the time of people for all ages!. My x was terrified of needles so I had to go with her any time she had to get s shot just so she wouldn't freak-out and run from the office (she was in her 30's btw)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
