Answers:
I believe it to be that the discharge or poop is more acidic ie with diarrhoea your flow from stomach to anus is faster so higher content or residue from stomach acids, plus the reaction of acids with the infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Likely because you're getting rid of acids in your stomach!.

"So the reason that a person's starfish burns when they get the runs is beacause the acid reaches tissue that does not have a mucosal membrane!.

The stomach acid irritates the exposed skin!.

When you get a bad case of diarrhea, and the body just doesn't have the time or ability to properly absorb, adjust pH levels or slam shut the gates that normally contain the stomach acid within the stomach where it belongs, then you will notice the burning sensation at the exit door along with the loss of a few nostril hairs upon smelling it!. If left on the old bung hole for too long, it would surely begin to cause some damage eventually!. This can range anywhere from a mild burning to a severe rash and even skin ulcerations depending on the amount of acid and length of exposure to it!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you have diarrhea the liquidy feces that comes out has a higher amount of acid in it that a firm stool and it causes some burning a the anus when pushing it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To remind you to wipe clean and carefully!. Use wet tissue and be gentle!. The sick poop is irritating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
