Jittery, a bit of trouble breathing, feels like mini panic attack?!

Question: Jittery, a bit of trouble breathing, feels like mini panic attack!?
Ok, today at lunch I had an arizona ice tea, and at 3:15 I had a double strength 5 hour energy!. I didn't really think this through!. It was my second time having one of those, and I decided never to mess with them again (or the normal strength for that matter)!. Now I am feeling the sensations that I described in the title of this question, and I have narrowed it down to this:
-Either the high caffeine content is causing this
or
- On monday I started the 100 pushups challenge (http://hundredpushups!.com/)!. I am on day 2 of week one today (haven't started today's workout, I was planning on doing it after I got home but then I got this panick-y attack)!. My pecs, abs, shoulders and arms are sore from the first day's workout!. I think maybe that combined with like a lack of a type of vitamin or nutrient could be causing this too!. I'm gonna have to go with the caffeine, but you never know!.
What I want to ask is, is it one of these 2 or something different; what should I do!?; and should I do today's workout (I am committed to this)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It's the caffeine!. Get some extra water and make sure there's something in your stomach and wait it out!.

One day of exercise will make you sore, not jittery!. It's definitely 100% the caffeine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stay away from the energy drinks - they are know to cause anxiety and jitters!. After a week or so, if you are still getting those panic attacks, make an appointment to see your doctor!. you may have a metabolism problemWww@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.

But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to!.!.!.!.
