Indentifying insect or spider bite ?!

i have two really small lumps about a centermeter apart on my leg!. they are itchy and i reckon its a insect bite of somesort!. i have been looking on the net to see if i can identify it and it says stuff about being sick and having fevers and stuff!. and i threw up yesturday!. i am proberly just being paranoid but is there anything i should do!?
or does anyone know what spider or insect bit me!?
