A bad case of nerves? or?....?!


Question: A bad case of nerves!? or!?!.!.!.!.!?
I went to a funeral and was wearing high heels!. We were standing for hours, i think thats why my legs, butt, and ankles are hurting!. But my shoulders, neck, back, and elbows too!!! I dont know if the whole sad feeling of being there and not knowing what to say got me like that!. I think i got all stressed out, it being the funeral of my aunt and all!. But why do you think it hurts so bad!? my feet are really swollen since!. Could it be that i was really tense wanting to cry and didnt and now my muscles or nerves need to relax!? and also what can i do to relieve that stress!? thanks!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you were very nervous, this all could be a physical response to that!. If you are very tense it can easily result in body aches!. !.!.!. I know when my Mom passed I felt achy and tired!. That is a normal physical reaction to stress!. You were stressed and to add to that you were standing in high heels for hours!. Your response is normal!. Relax!. Get some good rest!. It'll likely pass in 2 or 3 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Funerals are really stressful and a lot of times you not only have to deal with your feelings but you take on everyone else's!. Heels are sooo bad for your feets!. Yes!. Feets!.

Cry until you can't or don't feel like it anymore, try some yoga, some scented lavender candles, go to the public pool and swim some laps, and/or take some ibuprofin to help with swelling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
