Question: How come insurance companies pay for stomach staple/band and not implants!?
I feel most people whom a heavy are by choice!. Eating wrong and no exercises!. But People who a born with small breast not a lifestyle choice!.!. So why would they pay for one and not the other!? They both can cause mental issues!.!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

because it's cheaper to pay for the staple/banding and hope they lose weight and get healthy than to pay for open heart surgery post MI (myocardial infarction), diabetes management, high blood pressure medication for life, !.!.!.

Because America has finally taken notice of the obeasity threat that is starting to take over American's!. Once smoking faces the same scruitany, they will probably pay for "stop smoking" treatments!.

Insurance companies will not pay for cosmetic surgeries (such as getting braces, getting a nose job, or even breast implants)!. They only pay for surgeries that are crucial to someone's health!. (Like having open-heart surgery)
To be quite honest though, I didn't know insurance companies covered stomach stapling!. I think they should though because obesity is a serious health problem in this country!.

Sure, they did it to themselves, you say!. Well, some people gained weight because of needed medications for other things!. Some people have food addictions, just like drugs!. Go ahead and say it's stupid, but it doesn't change the fact that it's true!. And you think people CHOOSE it!? -__- Wrong decisions but not a choice!. They are CHOOSING to be healthy again by having the surgery!.
If you have small breasts, take a supplement or something if you cant pay or save up if you must get surgery!. And if you have "mental issues" and are blaming it on your ta-tas!.!.!.stop!.
