Question: Is it true that there are two growth spurts during puberty!?
I read somewhere that there is one between 11 - 14 year olds, and then again from 16 - 19!. Is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Sometimes people grow irregularly but there's no 'set' two growth spurts!. It also depends if you're a boy or girl - girls would not be growing more typically from 16-19, boys may still be growing some then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
