Answers:
It depends if it's actually a boil, or just a very bad zit, but either way they won't do an intravenous!. There's no reason to do one!. They probably also won't incise it either!. They will most likely recommend you do what I'm going to tell you to do!. Apply moist heat, hot as you can stand it, as often as you can do it!. That will bring extra blood supply to the area, and temporarily may make it look more swollen!. But it will also encourage it to form a head and drain itself a lot faster as well!. You will do a lot better if your body does the draining, as it will make a much smaller hole, and will be less likely to make a scar, than if it is surgically incised and drained!. Antibiotics should not be necessary either, although that is up to the doctor!. Most of the time it's not required!. For now, try the moist heat using a clean washcloth and your microwave to heat it!. Take care not to scald yourself, but do use heat and nothing else!. It's not an emergency, so if you go, plan to sit there a while!. This sort of thing is really best left to the regular doctor, and trusting in your own body to sort out!. Just don't go poking on it, or using any strange potions or cures!. Stick with heat, and wait it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
