My husband has always had one eye, his left, that was slightly drooped!. He also told me on this same side of his head he will sometimes get a tingling sensation with a vein that sticks out a little!. If he moves his neck the tingling and popping vein go away!. One eyelid drooping:
Growth in the eyelid, such as a stye
