Having trouble getting to sleep. ?!


Question: Having trouble getting to sleep!. !?
I find myself lying awake for an hour after I turn the lights out!. I'm 15, so sleeping pills aren't an option!.

Does anyone have any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
- work out during the day (but not 4 hours or less before bedtime)
- drink a warm glass of milk
- drink Chamomile or Sleepytime tea with honey
- avoid caffine as much as possible
- don't take naps during the day, even if you are really tired, wait till a reasonable bed time
- try to get up a little earlier in the morning, even if its hard, because it will make you more tired later at night
