I woke up this morning at 3am and threw up at four, then again at six, eight, and just now, 10am!. I also have diarrhea and I feel so sick!! What can I do, please, please, please tell me!. Guaranteed 10 points!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well Phat T, you may have acquired food poisoning in something you ate within the past few days!. You have diarrhea because your body is trying to get out all the toxins or bacteria and it makes you go to the bathroom!. Drink a lot of water to stay hydrated!. Call a doctor or maybe just go see a pharmacist at CVS and ask them if you could take any over-the-counter medication!. Be careful what you eat, you probably won't be able to digest most things!. There are so many things to say!.First, you need to stay hydrated!. So, keep drinking water or Gatorade!. If you can't keep the fluids down then only take sips every 15 minutes or so!. Are you having any pain!? If so, you need to be seen by a doctor!. It really sounds like you have food poisoning though and your going to have to let it run its course!. Watch your temperature though!. If it gets too high and if you throw up two more times I would go to the hospital for IV fluids and they will give you medicine to help with the nausea!. you haven't given a lot of information!. Sounds like food poisining!. Drink LOTS of water, and juice, nothing else!. Eat broth until your diarrhea is clear or a light yellow!. Thereby starting your system over!. Should this persist for more than 24 hours go to a doctor!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Drink Pedialyte to replace your electrolytes you are losing by vomiting and diarrhea!. You will become dehydrated if you don't!. If you're not better in 24 hours, you really do need to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
