My energies are runnig out?!


Question: My energies are runnig out!?
Please!.!.!. tell me how to get more energy!.!.!. what to eat, what to do!.!.!. I'm feeling so tired always!. I know the university is hard, but I have to take energy back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sugar is the worse thing you can do for energy, as is caffeine!. Both do not "give" you energy, but they increase your heart rate for a time, until you crash and feel more tired than your were to begin with!. It may take a while for you to feel this "crash," every body is different!.

1!. Eat whole foods!. Basically, food closest to it's natural, intended form!.

2!. Eat every 3-4 hours, and at each meal, include: 1!. a source of good protein, 2!. a source of good, complex carbohydrate, and 3!. something raw (preferably vegetable, but fruit is necessary and ok, too)!.

3!. Drink plenty of water!. Ditch the "juice drinks" (which are juice flavored, kool-aid type drinkds), soda, coffee (except for a cup in the morning if you desire)!. Drink 100% fruit juices only sparingly, but do drink them!.

4!. Get plenty of rest!. Don't know how old you are, but at some point people realize they can't live/function on 4 hours of sleep!. I know I came to that point in my life!.

5!. Get some exercise/movement!. If you're sitting on your fanny all the time, you're going to feel sluggish!.

you need a good balanced diet- lots of raw food help!. eat little and often, a good balance of fats, proteins, sugars and especially carbohydrates as they're engery foods, things like wholegrain breads, potatoes, rice, pasta, all that stuff!. don't have too many sugary snacks or drinks cus they'll make you crash!. also try to keep hydrated, and try not to eat carbs after 6pm because your body will keep you up all night trying to digest it!. get at least 8 hours of sleep as well!. hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
