Question: Give me ways to get to sleep!.!?
I have a friend that can't sleep because they keep having nightmares!. What can they do to get some sleep!? Without medication or seeing a therapist!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get nightmares a lot too!. I try to think less about them, and that I do live in a safe town that nothing ever happens in, but to get to sleep I read or watch TV to burn my eyes, then I fall asleep very easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes it helps to think about what you would like to dream before you go to sleep!. Like altering your dreams before you dream them!.!.!. I'm not sure if it actually works or not, I don't remember anything I dream, so I don't need to try that!. But my dad says it works for him!. I also know someone who can alter the dream, while they are dreaming!. They just change it before it gets too scary!. But then I know the people who are the opposite!. Once they're caught in a bad dream, they're stuck, until they wake up and can't go back to sleep!. So try these things, and hope for the best!. Maybe it'll help, or this was truly worthless!. Either way, I hope your friend will be able to sleep soon!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I also suffer from nightmares!. I hate to admit it but I take three Benadryl before going to bed!. It's better than two Ambien!. Those made me eat in my sleep!. I still have to think of repetitious thoughts in order to get to sleep!. Don't laugh, I'm writing a movie in my mind where I travel though time!. I do this over and over every night!. I fall right asleep!.It's a combination of bad movie plots and Benadryl!. But that's worked for the last few months!. But there's no telling when a nightmare is going to strike!. My husband has to shake me awake to stop them!. That's been for the last 35 years!. If you're prone to nightmares I just haven't found anything to stop them!. God be with you!. well tell them 2 make sure their bed is comfortable and they r not disturbed while they sleep by another person, illuminating light from ur clock or whatever!.!.he can also make himself really tired during the day so he can rest during the night!.try drinking less fluids b4 u go to bed or then u may wake up in the middle of the night 2 urinate and might not b able 2 get back 2 sleep!.!.!.try drinking milk an hour b4 u g2 bed!.!.milk carries amino acid that helps ur body relax!.!.!.good luck=} Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, if knocked out is what you are looking for have the subject drink a 4 shot 151 mixture with doctor pepper 6 and have them lay down!.
needless to say they wont be dreaming!.
