Weightlifting and Small Wrists?!


Question: Weightlifting and Small Wrists!?
I have very small wrists (about 6" around)!. I was just wondering what precautions I should take when weightlifting to prevent strain!.

Is weightlifting a bad idea with such small wrists!?

my wrists are that big and i havent had a problem, you should probably start out with a 3-5 pounder the first week or month depending on how strong you get, and then gradually increase the weight!. if you start experiencing pain use wrist gaurds or talk to a doctor and lower the amount of weight!.!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
