How can I calculate the ratio between my stride length and leg length!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a natural walk on something like mud or sand that will cause footprints!.
Measure the distance from the heel of the front shoe mark to the toe of the back shoe mark!. Call that numerical value "A"!.
Measure the length of your leg!. Label that "B"!.
Divide A by B!.
Voila!

Wel, I suppose you would measure your leg length, and then lay the tape measure on the floor and see how long your stride is, then that will be the ratio of one to the other!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
