Question: Need good multivitamin, any ideas!?
my husband and i are very warn down and dont currently take vitamins!. my husband comes home and crashes after work, sometimes for the night and hes home by 5!. we are looking for something affordable and something that will give some energy!. i am breastfeeding so i will need something safe!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

For your husband I would suggest centrum and probably a more balanced diet also are you getting enough sleep!? As for you I would consult a Dr, Www@Answer-Health@Com
I listen to Dr!. Zorba Pasture on Public Radio!. He says buy the cheap regular multivitamin as they have to meet the same standards as the more expensive ones!. And your not paying as much for the packaging!. I would also suggest that you and your hubby drink more water!. My experience was that a friend told me that was why I was feeling exhausted and when I tried adding more water to my day I did feel better!. I didn't turn into superman but then who does anyway!. But I was able to go to bed resonably tired in proportion to the work I'd done!. Also consider the quality of sleep you are getting!. With a new baby in the house the chances of eight straight is nil!. See if a relative will help you out and let you sleep more during the day for a couple of days a week!.

Any over the counter multivitamin will do the trick!.!.!. they're all pretty much the same!.
I'd recommend a generic Thera-type formula with minerals (Thera-M) for him, and with iron added for you!.
Don't expect magic!.!.!. the vitamins will make sure you have no deficiencies, but they won't give you an immediate "boost"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I take Centrum chewables!. Get the chewable ones because the kind you just swallow, they are so tightly packed you don't get all the value out of them!. There is also a Target brand version of these that is a couple dollars cheaper and works just as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think you might wanna talk to your doctor tell him/her your problems they should know exactly what to give you both! Doctors always know whats best for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
