Is water all that good in the long run?!


Question: Is water all that good in the long run!?
Every day, day after day I drink water and water only!. About 5 maybe 6 normal size 16!.9 ounce bottles a day!. I don't drink anything else, pop on occasion when we go out to eat, which is rare!.
Is drinking water all that good in the long run!? Like if that's all you drink every day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Water is better then sugar added drinks, and even juice that contains natural sugars!. Water in it of it self is not a health product that everyone must have!.

You may have heard you need 8 glasses of water a day!. That is not true, since the food you eat and all other drinks contain water!. If you are thirsty, by all means drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should really drink milk too to make sure you get enough calcium, and it has lots of other vitamins too!. also there's a lot of water in it so you can substitute the water for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can drink too much water but you need to consume 6 to 8- 8 ounce glasses a day!. If you over drink you will take potassium out of your body so maybe take some vitamins too!. Otherwise you are healthier than most people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes water is good, if safe and sanitary!.

Normally we only need to consume 6 - 8 8 oz!. glasses per day to promote detoxification, hydrating, better digestion and good health!.

Yes!. It's the best!. If someone tells you different for any reason, you'd have to drink water constantly for weeks on end for you to get "drunk" on it, or anything else! :) Www@Answer-Health@Com
