Cold hands and feet=warm heart! Maybe its circulation problems or maybe its just cold where you live at moment!. Why not get a medical exam and thats sure to pinpoint the problem, either medical or central heating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
im the same usually at night when i get tired as blood thins then and so bad circulation!. do what im doing get underfloor heating lol
