I am near the age where you can start your period, but i was wondering what are the ways you know when you are about to start your period!. Please answer this question to help, if not then please move on to a different question!.

Sorry kiddo, there is no way to tell exactly when it will come for the first time!.
Usually first periods spot on and off for a few days and they can be brown, red or pink!.

well, i just started my period last year!. You get a really bad "stomach" cramp, and you get headaches, and you might feel like you're sick!.!.!. like you have the flu, but it's the cramps!. There's no sure-fire way of knowing when you will get your period, but these are the best signs you can watch for!. I hope I helped! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well my first time i didnt have any symptoms of knowing!. Even kno i dont get many problems except for some somachaches and a little lower back pain!. jus carry a pad or paniliner with you!. also it might help to kno when ur mom got hers for the first time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
