How do you swallow really big pills?!


Question: How do you swallow really big pills!?
Like, those blue/green ibuprofen ones!.!.!. I really need to take one, but I'm having issues swallowing it!.!.!.

as long as they are not liquid filled capsules, and are solid tablets, you can cut them into manageable pieces and take them with water!. If they are powder filled capsules then you can break them open and put them in something like applesauce to get it into your system!. If it is a liquid however, the only thing you can really do is do your best to swallow it with a large amount of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had to take these huge pills b4, so i choped them up into a couple pieces then swallowed them with a coke or somethin else but water!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
take a lot of water with one pill, makes it go down easy!.
