How can I make waking up 1&1/2 hours earlier easier?!

Question: How can I make waking up 1&1/2 hours earlier easier!?
I'm going to be moving to a new location (my own condo actually! My boyfriend and I close on it on Oct 9th)!. I'm going to have to leave the house 1/2 hour earlier than usual (so thats 1/2 hour earlier waking up)!.!.!.
Also, I'd like to start getting into the routine of
1!. walking on the tredmil for 1/2 hour
2!. Spending 10 minutes tidying up the house beofore I leave
And
3!. I dont eat breakfast, and I'd like to start!.

I currently wake up at around 7am!. I'd like to be up at 5:30am!.
How long will it take to make this not as painful!? I've been trying to start this for the past few months but every other day I say to myself "ohh i dont HAVE to get up that early today, I'll just let myself sleep a little"!.!.!.

How long should I be consistant with this until I let myself sleep in on the weekends and such!. On the weekends I'm always up before 8am, but I know that while trying to form this new habit I should walk up consistantly at the same time every day - but for how long!?

Any tips/advice for making this an easier "wake up!?" Its hard for me to wake up but once I'm up!.!.i'm deff a morning person!! I'm most productive in the morning hours!.

Answers:
1!. Do it!. If you stick with it, it'll be easier!.
2!. Go outside, not on a treadmill!. Not only will you get more out of your workout, but the fresh air and natural light will help you wake up quicker!. Especially since it's not summer anymore, the brisk air will also help you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Simple!.!.!.go to bed earlier, you only need 7-8 hours of sleep some people need a lot less!. So do the math and go to bed!.

I wish you well in your new home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK the obvious is to go to bed a little earlier, but I'm sure you have already done that! I would try setting my alarm and rather than shutting it off and rolling over in the dark, turn on your bed lamp or another light!. That helps me wake up if there's light in the room!. Keep up getting up early on the weekends, but not as early as 5:30!. Try getting up at say 7 am and see how your body adjusts!. Good luck, these things take time and thats different for everybody as all of us adjust differently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
