I get stressed out often and really easily [about a lot of things]
What are some good things to do that will help calm me down and stuff!?

meditation, music, video games, and exercise are great ways to relieve tension and stress!. If your in a bad mood go for a nice jog, with your i-pod on!. If your not able to walk off your stress, you can do it in front of a TV with a fun game to take your mind off your problems!. Another great tool is meditation, it will help you keep yourself emotionally balance, and relieve you of your inner stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I promise you that good hard sweaty exercise will relieve your stress!. Get a bike and explore your area!. You will see things you never saw before and feel great afterwards if you push it a bit!.

Also try meditation!. Go to Barnes and Noble and look through a few books!. You'll get the gist from browsing!. Buy one if you find something you really like!. Then DO IT !! You will still feel stressful occasionally but you will control it rather than it controlling you!.

Drugs and alcohol have their place, but if used to control stress they will eventually increase the stress a lot!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

For me exercise, long walks work the best to relieve stress!. Also just talk about your problems with your friends or with someone who listens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try talking to friend and talk about what is making you stressed out
