L~Arginine is an amino acid necesssary for the normal function of the pituitary gland!.!.!.!.!. along with orthine, phenylalanine and other neurochemicals, arginine is required for the synthesis and release of the pituitary glands growth hormone!.
L-arginine is available in supplements or powder !.!.!.!. a powdered supplement is generally easier to digest!.!.!.!. and should be taken as per directions on the bottle!.!.!.!. which is usually on an empty stomach with juice or water (no protein)!.
eat more food rich in arginine ~ brown rice, oatmeal, raisins, sunflower and sesame seeds (organic to avoid the sulfites and other nasty chemicals they use to preserve the commercial varieties of nuts and seeds that will upset sensitive systems), whole wheat bread and all protein rich foods!.
