How do i get leg muscle?!


Question: How do i get leg muscle!?
i am a 15!.!.!. and i play soccer and i am really serious about wanting to become a pro soccer player!. i don't want to brag but i'd say im pretty good and i play midfield!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend that that you do a lot of calf muscle exercises such as squats stand on your tipy toes and release!. This really helps! do bare claws for stronger thigh muscles as well and when walking or whatever movement you do use your calf muscles when walking !

I use to work with a girl that had a three story apt!. Her bedrooms and bath were on the top floor, the kitchen and living room in the middle, and downstairs a breeze way that lead out to the street!. She always had the most fit legs and calf muscles from going up and down all the stairs all the time!. She never worked out her legs it was just from the daily going back and fourth!. keep playing soccer!. My boyfriend is 25 now and has been playing soccer since he was a kid (even played overseas) Just from playing soccer he has a lot of leg muscle that he couldn't lose if he tried!. He doesn't play nearly as much as he use to but he still has the muscle!. Take care of your knees too!! that was the first to go on him as a soccer player!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, you want to do static lunges, check those up online!. Also, if you do static lunges with heavy weights, you'll get more shift power in your calves!.

Go to BJs or some store like that and buy CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS which is about 23 grams of protein in one leg!. When you start out, go easy on yourself!.!.!.about 1 or 2 drumsticks a day!. When you get bigger muscles in your legs start pushing up to about 3 or 4 drumsticks!. With constant jogging and lunges and such, you'll be on your way!.

Run, run, run!. That gives you leg muscles, or walk!. Also, do leg excersises like laying on the floor, bending your legs like you're gonna do crunches and then laying them down but not touching the floor and back up again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
