Can fresh air make you sick?!

Question: Can fresh air make you sick!?
I'm used to the dank, outside air, that isn't so lovely or nature-ful!.

But recently, i took a trip to the mountains and felt light-headed and disoriented!.

Then I come back home, feeling sick and cold, and "not right"--
was it because I wasn't used to the fresh air or cleanness!?

There is less pure oxygen up there/the air is thinner and that's what caused your symptoms!. Not to mention it's often a lot colder!. Your just not used to it girl!. You'll be fine, some climbers carry a small tank of pure oxygen when there really climbing to a high elevation!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

most likely its the elevation change,!. Air is thinner up there!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
