You can soak them in warm water for about 30 minutes add some moisturizing lotion to the water, if they are very hard then i would use a pumice stone(beauty stores and target or walmart or k mart etc!.!.) and soften it up then you keep them moisturized!. you can purchase some gloves(ebay) made out of cotton soft ones and moisturize and glove it at night or for a while or whatever!. I do the water and pumice and moisturizer on hubby's hands, they have to be soft to touch boogie!. My pleasure!. I can be useful at times darling!.lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hand moisturizers!. That's the number one way to heal and protect your hands, although you should also always wear gloves!. If you already have them, I would recommend "Emergency Skin Repair"!. There are a ton of moisturizers with that label that guarantee maximum skin repair and protection!. Hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only solution i know of is to wear gloves to help prevent that!. if you want to add moisture to your hands put your hands under warm water for about ten seconds!. the warm water will open up the pores on the hands and then add some lotion and the lotion will enter into the open pores and help keep them moisturize!. do that especially at night and a few times during the day to help heal!.!.!.hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

If it really bothers you that much then gloves are the way to go!. A lot of people are saying lotion, but I am doubting that they lift weights!. Every time you lift your hands get beat up and lotion isn't going to help at this point!. Why is it bothering you, your woman doesn't like it or something!?
Anyways man, your gonna have to buy some good gloves if you want to prevent callouses, not really any other way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

every time you wash your hands put a moisturiser on them!.!.the best one i find is 'burts bees' almond milk hand cream, its not girly looking, i bought mine at marks work warehouse!.!.after showering, get a pumice stone and slough off dead skin while your skin is still wet, that will smooth them up, remember to moisturise! (btw, i'm a housekeeper so i know what you mean about the awful feeling of rough, dry hands!) hope this helps, burts bees also is online!. good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

uh calus!? i dont know why a boy or man WOULDNT want calus's!.!.!.!.!. if you dont want them you pretty much have to wear gloves, or try some lotion!.!.!.!. i believe gloves are the only way though, becuase even with lotion your hands will still be getting beat up and healing forming calus's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
