How do English speaking countries health care systems compare to each other?!

Question: How do English speaking countries health care systems compare to each other!?
I am curious as to how the health care systems work in a nut-shell in Canada, the Republic of Ireland, the UK, Australia and New Zealand!.!.!.!.!.I already know that the system in the US is broken and shitty because I live here!. I watched the movie "sicko" by Michael Moore and he paint the health care system in Canada and Britain as universalist and superior to ours here in the US in the sense that they cover everyone no matter your financial situation, insured or not, what social strata you may fall in or how much money you have!. What about Australias and New Zealands health care systems!? Are they more like Americas or Canadas or the UKs!?

Should be interesting food for thought guys!.!.ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Australia's Health care System is less stressed finacially than the National Health Service (NHS) in England!.
And we pay less taxes!.
If the USA turned over finally to a Social Health Care system, the taxes would be only a tiny amount more!. To prevent illness!. Disease and the like!. not wait until someone is actually so sick that they can't afford treatment!. Or rip off the system to gain treatment!. Or use whatever 'free' sytem you have, placing a massive burdon now they are majorily sick on people's taxes!.
It just doesn't make sense to me!.

Our Health Care in Australia is fantastic!.
I work in both the public (Medicare) (Free) and the private!. (Optional)!.

Medicare is a God send!.
It's free to the tax payer!. Kids!. Pensioners!. Unemployed!. Self employed!. Aged!. Disabled!. ANYONE!. We couldn't ask for more really!.

I have also been a patient at both public and private!.
I have private health insurance at a cost of $109!.00 a month for FULL COVERAGE!. NOTHING to pay ever!!!!
I sign my private funds over to our local public hospital when ever I am there to assist the hospital in updating TV's!. Patient transport bus, outdoor seating etc!.

I choose to go private when I am admitted to the public hospital only because I know too many of the staff at our local hospital and I LOVE the extras you get with private!. Pay TV, restaurant quality food, private rooms etc!.

Sorry but with the USA's health care I could NEVER afford to go there as I could not afford, literally, to ever get sick or have an accident!.

I'll stay here in Australia!.

In New Zealand we have the Accident Compensation Corporation which pays for recovery services for most personal injuries and for elective surgery, if you're a resident to the country, and works with other organisations to help prevent accidents!. I think they're run by government tax dollars!. I think it's a great system!.

The hospitals here are government owned (apart from the private ones, of course) which means that it's not such a big deal if you don't have money when you're in need of dire help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
