Question: What stimulates your finer senses!?
i know it sounds nerdy but lately i feel numb like i cant get no gratification!. i mean when i eat a delicious food i can not taste it!. or when my skin is caressed it feels like an irritation!. i feel almost half dead or optimistically half alive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have heard of things like this!. The best person I can think of to see would be a neurologist!.
Obviously it is not normal!. You could have some real problems if someone tried to spike your food with drugs that the rest of us would be able to taste!.

Time in nature always seems to ground me!. Walk by yourself in the woods!. The leaves are turning color and you can listen to the sounds of your footsteps!. Plus, it gives your mind time to wander!. It always works wonders for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
