Are you my twin!? seriously, I get those all of the time friend and I know and feel your pain, almost daily!. I have migraine syndrome!. You can do this:

3 ibuprofen (or advil or motrin, all 3 same thing) every 6 hours
with
2 tylonel every 4 hours in between

if your at home, do this also, but lay down in a dark room, with a fan on low slightly blowing over you, sip down a cold glass of milk, then lay down and rest for a while with a cold and folded washcloth acrossd your forehead, with no tv or anything on, and rest until it passes!. I go through this all of the time, and so does my son!. This does work, trust me, and I'm someone who used to take a bucket with me on road trips because of these headaches and getting sick!. Also through your doctor there are shots you can get and give yourself when you feel a headache coming on!. There are prescription medicines too, but the side effects are overwhelming! I won't take them because of all the deadly side effects, it's crasy!. Try what i said though, it does sure help, and no "doctor dope" to worry with!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have most probably MIGRAINE headache!. It is better to take an anti-emetic tablet (which is to reduce nausea) also with tylenol when you have headaches like that!. Actually there is a combination of these two tablets where I live and it is called Migranerton tablets!.
The best way to avoid migraine is to get away from the situations which trigger an attack!. If you know loud music is bad for you, try to avoid it!.
But if you are getting very frequent attacks like once a week, there are prophylactic tablets which when taken regularly will prevent attacks from coming!. Have a check up with your GP!. He will rule out some other causes of headache as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you are getting migraines hun!. They are wicked, I have had one that put me in the hospital!. Talk to your doctor or do some research on what type you have to treat it the best way!. Some just need you to get into a dark, completely quiet room and fully acknowledge the pain to move through it!.
I'm sorry you get these, but do yourself the favor and learn about it!.
Also consider this: Headaches come from invalidating the self !. !. !. Forgive yourself, let it go, and the headache will dissolve back into the nothingness from where it came !. !. !. Migraine headaches are created by people who want to be perfect and who create a lot of pressure on themselves!. A lot of suppressed anger is involved!.!.!.
