Question: Help with cold hands and feet!?
I have really cold hands and feet!. No lie!. Their like ice!. I always wear socks!. And they are even cold in the summer and when I'm outside!. I live in Florida so it's like always hot!. Is there anything I can do to keep my hands warm!? And any idea why they are like this!? Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have poor circulation, as do I!. Ginko bilboa is an OTC herbal supplement that can increase blood circulation!. Other than that, which is a poor list, I would do more research elsewhere, find the exact name of the condition, and go from there!. It's not serious, just annoying!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
