How can i get back on a regular sleeping schedule?!


Question: How can i get back on a regular sleeping schedule!?
i have created this habit of me going to bed in like 6:00 in the morning and waking up at like 3:00 in the afternoon!. crazy, right!?

I used to do exactly the same thing a little while back and found that this habit lead to all sorts of negatives!.
I would regularly skip meals, wake up feeling sore/tired, found increased anger/mood swings, felt poor during the day and lack of motivation to do anything about it!.
My advice would be to take it slowly if you can't kick the habit and just try to limit whatever is keeping you awake by an hour a night and try taking vitamin supplements if you feel unhealthy during the day, and keeping your fluids up!.

youd better do it at the weekend
or youd better go to hospital
